My name is Rachel Snow and I'm a private chef, culinary instructor, and personal organizer living in and serving Manhattan.
I love to eat, travel and think about what food means to us both as individuals and citizens of the world. I trained in savory cuisine and baking at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and have experience as a caterer, farmer (plants and poultry), small-scale beekeeper, cheese-maker and baker.
In addition, I've taught cooking classes at Williams College, Sheep Hill Farm and privately. My expertise ranges widely but I especially love experimenting with Asian and Mediterranean cuisines as well as with fermented foods. I'm constantly trying out new ingredients and culinary techniques and I'm so happy to be able to share my recipes and experiences with you.
